In 2006, Ms. Burgiel was named the first Executive Director of HealthCare Administrative Solutions, Inc. Prior to this position, Ms. Burgiel spent nine years as the Senior Director of Managed Care Policy for the Massachusetts Hospital Association. In that capacity, she represented Massachusetts hospitals and health systems on issues related to policy development, legislation and regulation, finance, hospital operations, contracting, and medical management. She was appointed by the state to represent the interests of hospitals on the Massachusetts Emergency Room Diversion Taskforce and the Massachusetts Advisory Committee on Managed Care that advised state leaders on managed care policy issues including those related to health care costs, quality, and access. Ms. Burgiel also worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care where she was responsible for the negotiation and implementation of hospital and physician managed care contracts. Prior to her work at Harvard Pilgrim, she was employed for several years at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and Atlanticare Medical Center in the areas of finance and budget. Ms. Burgiel was a prior member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts - Rhode Island Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Ms. Burgos joined HCAS in 2013 in the role of Data Analyst. Prior to this role, Ms. Burgos was an analyst for Produban, a computer support services company. In this role, Ms. Burgos was responsible for the development and management of reports for company executives and senior management and administration of data software in the Service Delivery group.

Ms. Becker joined HCAS in 2018 as Administrative Assistant. Prior to this role, Ms. Becker worked for the Epidemiology Group at Optum, a division of UnitedHealth Group. She provided administrative support to the scientific staff.
